  • Our employees are experienced, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. The technician who comes to service your system may very well have been on the team that installed that system.
  • Because we have invested in our service management system, our technicians arrive with the tools, knowledge and spare parts they need to diagnose and remedy your problem.
  • We are responsive. EGS provides service to a relatively small area so our on-site response time typically is less than twenty-four hours and is often 60-90 minutes.

The comprehensive systems we sell, install and service are more complicated than they might appear. During our initial Evaluation of Need meeting, we ask the right questions upfront so there are very few changes made as the process moves along.

Installation Process
Investment in Project Management: EGS offers to each of its customers a team which includes a dedicated Project Manager, Technicians, Systems Integration Specialists and a committed support group – all dedicated to providing every customer with the highest level of service and support.

Entry Guard Systems’ installation process includes a comprehensive pre-install meeting with EGS’ Project Manager and Installation/Service Manager to walk through every aspect of the installation process. Throughout the installation our staff will stay in close with customer representatives and with General Contractors to ensure that your installation runs as smoothly as possible and includes every detail agreed to.
